- Applicants must be homeowners or tenants, as both may qualify for funding under the scheme.
- Home EPC should be D, E, F, or G
- Your property should come under the Council Tax Band from A to D (A to E for Scotland & Wales).
Note: If you're a homeowner and don't have a benefit letter, you can still qualify if your Council Tax Band is A to D in England or A to E in Scotland and Wales.
